365gem is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed around the habits, preferences and expectations of players across Pakistan — from Karachi's coastal buzz to the cricket-mad streets of Lahore and Rawalpindi.
The idea behind 365gem is straightforward: Pakistani players deserve an online gaming platform that actually understands them. Not one that was built for a different market and then awkwardly adapted, but one that started with Pakistan in mind — the sports you follow, the payment methods you use, the mobile speeds you navigate, and the kind of transparency you expect when you put money on a platform.
The name itself is deliberate. Three-sixty-five because the platform operates year-round, covering domestic and international cricket, PSL seasons, ICC tournaments, football leagues, UFC events, live casino and much more — without going dark or throttling features during off-peak sports calendars. Gem because we want every interaction with this platform to feel like something worth keeping: reliable, clear and genuinely enjoyable.
We built 365gem around a few uncomfortable truths about online gaming platforms in the Pakistan market. Terms and conditions are often buried or written to confuse. Bonus offers look attractive on the surface but carry wagering conditions that most players don't find out about until they try to withdraw. Withdrawal processes are unclear. Support disappears when you actually need it. We set out to do each of these things differently — and we're transparent enough to say that we're still working at it, because building genuine trust takes time and consistent action.
These aren't aspirational slogans — they're the principles our team uses to make everyday decisions about how the platform operates.
Every bonus offer on 365gem comes with its wagering requirements stated upfront in plain English — not in a footnote you need a magnifying glass to read. If something applies to your withdrawal, you'll know about it before you deposit, not after.
Most of our users access 365gem on a smartphone, often on mobile data rather than home broadband. The platform is optimised for the real-world connectivity conditions in cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Multan — fast loads, low data overhead, no broken layouts.
We include deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion directly within every player's account settings — not buried in a help page. If a player is showing signs of problem gambling, our systems are designed to flag and intervene, not ignore.
All connections to 365gem run over TLS/SSL encryption. We don't store unnecessary personal data and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. KYC and AML checks protect both the platform and our players from fraud and account misuse.
Our support team operates around the clock via live chat and email. We offer assistance in both English and Urdu because we know that explaining a withdrawal issue or a bonus dispute is easier in the language you think in. Response times are measured and tracked.
Decimal odds are the standard on 365gem. We display them clearly, without hidden margin structures that obscure the real value of a bet. RTP figures for slot games are visible where the provider makes them available, so players can compare before they spin.
365gem didn't appear fully formed. The platform has evolved through direct feedback from players, iterative improvements and a commitment to getting things right rather than moving fast and hoping for the best.
Below is a simplified version of where we've been and where we're going — the kind of honest platform narrative we think players in Pakistan deserve to see, rather than the typical corporate origin story that skips the difficult parts.
The 365gem concept was developed after extensive research into what Pakistani online players actually wanted versus what the market was offering. The gap was significant: payment friction, unclear terms, poor mobile performance and near-absent responsible gaming tools were the four most common complaints.
The platform was engineered from the ground up with mobile performance as the primary constraint. Every component was tested against real-world 4G speeds typical in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi before being accepted into the build.
The platform launched with cricket betting, live casino and slots as its three core verticals — the categories with the highest demonstrated demand among Pakistani players. Sports coverage expanded rapidly to include PSL markets, ICC tournaments and international football.
Based on player feedback, the game studio catalogue was broadened to include Asian-market titles, crash games and virtual sports. The VIP programme was introduced with transparent tier criteria and genuine benefit differences across Silver, Gold and Elite levels.
365gem continues to invest in responsible-gaming infrastructure, support staff training and platform performance. We actively review player feedback, track support resolution times and update our terms documentation to ensure clarity keeps improving.

There's a meaningful difference between an online gaming platform that was built globally and one that specifically considered Pakistan from the design stage. At 365gem, that consideration shows up in concrete ways.
On the payments side, we reference payment methods that Pakistani players actually use — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These payment brand names are referenced as context only; their mention does not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers or any formal affiliation with this operator. Players should verify the actual deposit and withdrawal methods available in their account dashboard, as options may vary.
On the sports side, cricket is treated as the primary sport rather than a secondary market. Pakistan's home Test series in Rawalpindi and Lahore, PSL franchise matches, ICC World Cup qualification and T20 internationals all receive full pre-match and in-play market coverage. Football, UFC, tennis and other sports are available alongside cricket, but we don't pretend that a European football league matters more to a Pakistani player than Pakistan vs India at the Gaddafi Stadium.
On the legal side, we are clear: 365gem does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by any Pakistani government authority, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial body. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 is real legislation. It is the responsibility of each player to understand and comply with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. We don't give legal advice, and we don't make claims that minimise what Pakistani law says. Players use this platform as informed adults.
365gem serves players across Pakistan's major cities. Whether you're in Karachi placing a PSL bet during a night match, following a Test in Lahore from your office, checking live odds in Islamabad, or spinning slots in Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar — the platform is built to perform consistently wherever you are.
365gem is an adults-only platform. We enforce this not as a legal checkbox, but because we genuinely believe that underage gambling is harmful and that adult players deserve a platform that takes their wellbeing seriously. The minimum age to use 365gem is 18, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
Every registered account has access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, reality checks and full self-exclusion — directly from account settings, without requiring a support request. We also monitor accounts for behavioural signals associated with problem gambling and may reach out proactively if we observe patterns of concern.
For more detail on the tools available and how to use them, visit our Responsible Gambling page. If you need to speak to someone about gambling-related concerns, please seek assistance from appropriate support organisations available in your jurisdiction.
