These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 365gem platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
A plain-English summary of the six most important areas — full detail is in the clauses below.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum required by your jurisdiction) and a human individual — no corporate or automated accounts. One account per person.
All transactions must come from accounts held in your own name. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply. Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification is complete.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, collusion or multi-accounting will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 365gem will never ask for your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits and session controls are available within account settings. 365gem reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts where problem gambling is suspected.
Use of automated betting software, arbitrage systems, fraudulent payment methods or any activity designed to exploit technical errors is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 365gem (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://365gem.cam (the "Platform"), including all associated services, features, content and applications made available through it.
By registering an account on the Platform, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
365gem is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming products to adult users. The Platform operates under applicable licensing arrangements. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before you register or use any service.
Important Notice for Users in Pakistan: Online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation in Pakistan. 365gem does not claim to hold a licence from, or to be authorised by, any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government, or any Pakistani financial institution. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or, where the operator's licensing jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age, that higher age. It is a condition of registration that you are of the applicable minimum age. 365gem reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
You may not register or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform does not contravene the laws of your jurisdiction. 365gem does not represent that the Platform is lawful to access in any particular territory.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (whether in the same name, a different name, or using different contact details) are strictly prohibited. 365gem reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated Bonus Funds and winnings generated through duplicate accounts.
Accounts may only be opened and operated by natural persons acting in their personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships or automated systems may not register accounts. Accounts may not be transferred, assigned or sold to any third party.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and current; that you are not a Prohibited User; that you are acting on your own behalf; and that you accept full legal responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.
To access real-money betting and gaming features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must keep this information current at all times. Changes to personal information must be notified to support promptly.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the operation of your Account, 365gem may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting documentary evidence of identity (e.g., a valid national identity card such as a CNIC, or a passport) and proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document). All documents must be current, legible and in the name matching your registered Account details.
365gem reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to request additional documentation for the purposes of KYC, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, or fraud prevention. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal processing, or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 365gem will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately.
All deposits must be made using payment methods available in your Account dashboard. Payment methods are subject to change at the operator's discretion. Deposits must originate from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the relevant funds.
Payment methods commonly referenced in the context of Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as contextual examples of methods familiar to Pakistani users. Reference to these payment brands does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it imply any formal affiliation between those providers and 365gem. Actual available deposit methods are confirmed within your Account dashboard and may differ from those referenced.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change. All amounts are processed in the currency of your Account.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 4), satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, and confirmation that the Account is in good standing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically and operationally possible.
365gem does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times depend on the selected payment method, KYC status and applicable operator procedures. Estimated processing windows are provided as guidance only and are not contractual commitments.
An Account that has recorded no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more will be classified as dormant. Dormant Account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees or fund handling procedures, will be communicated to the registered email address before any such measures are applied.
365gem reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. The acceptance of a bet is confirmed at the point at which the Platform displays a confirmed bet reference or receipt. Until that confirmation is issued, no bet is binding on the Operator.
All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise stated. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error in the display of odds or market conditions, 365gem reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Live betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during an event.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. For cricket markets — including Pakistan domestic fixtures, PSL matches and ICC tournaments — settlement follows the official scorecard as published by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome, 365gem's determination shall be final.
A bet may be voided and the original stake returned where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; odds were published in error; the event does not take place within the time parameters stated for that market; or in any other circumstance where voiding is required under the applicable sport's betting rules as applied by the Operator.
Maximum winnings per bet, per day and per event may apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and in account-specific terms where applicable. 365gem reserves the right to apply or adjust maximum payout limits at its discretion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms and conditions published in connection with the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limits for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request will be processed in relation to any winnings attributable to Bonus Funds.
Welcome offers and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Accounts only. Each individual, household, IP address and payment method is entitled to claim a new-account bonus only once. 365gem reserves the right to withdraw a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines, in good faith, that the eligibility conditions for that bonus were not met.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating with other users to meet wagering conditions artificially, placing low-risk offsetting bets, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of a promotion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 365gem reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated through such conduct and to terminate the relevant Account(s).
Illustrative figures: Bonus amounts referenced in promotional materials (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000" or "PKR 1,000 referral credit") are illustrative examples provided for informational purposes. Actual promotional values are determined by the Operator and are subject to the terms of the relevant offer at the time of claiming.
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
Breach of any of the above may, at 365gem's sole discretion, result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, databases, data compilations and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of 365gem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or use any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 365gem.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 365gem and its licensors.
365gem does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions or events outside our control may affect Platform availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365gem excludes all liability for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or damage to reputation.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 365gem's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk. You accept full responsibility for your betting decisions and for managing your bankroll responsibly. 365gem is not liable for any financial loss you incur through your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from bets placed with real-money funds.
365gem is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all Account holders through the account settings panel and do not require a support request to activate:
365gem reserves the right to impose Account restrictions, limits or closures on a unilateral basis where it identifies behavioural patterns associated with problem gambling, regardless of whether a player has self-initiated any of the tools above.

Minimum age reminder: The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum required under the operator's licensing jurisdiction. 365gem takes all reasonable technical and procedural steps to prevent underage access, including age verification checks.
365gem reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a regulatory directive; or activity considered harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the procedures in Section 5. 365gem may withhold any Account Balance that is subject to an ongoing investigation or compliance review pending resolution of that matter.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by 365gem — any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited. Real-money Account Balances will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. The specific governing law jurisdiction will be confirmed in the operator's licensing documentation.
In the event of a dispute between you and 365gem, you should first contact the support team and allow a reasonable period for the complaint to be reviewed and resolved. 365gem commits to handling all complaints in good faith and with due diligence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support engagement, the matter may be escalated through any dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable licensing framework.
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which you became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this period are barred.
365gem reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at which these Terms were last reviewed is indicated at the top of this page.

365gem aims to acknowledge all support enquiries within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe proportionate to the complexity of the matter.
